Traci is the visionary behind His Will Ranch — a mission born from faith, loss, love, and the healing power of horses. She leads with compassion, purpose, and unwavering commitment. Traci oversees the ranch’s growth, programs, community outreach, and long-term direction, ensuring every decision remains rooted in grace and service.

Vice President: Charles (Trey) Pratt

Trey provides the steady strength and operational backbone of the ranch. With a lifetime of experience, he ensures safety, structure, and excellence across all ranch activities. His leadership and quiet wisdom support the mission daily.

Co-Director: Megan Sisco

Megan brings heart, empathy, and a deep personal connection to the mission. As Co-Director, she helps guide program development, ensures supportive environments for participants, and remains committed to expanding the ranch’s impact with purpose and compassion.

Co-Director: Paige Kerr

Paige contributes creativity, insight, and dedication to the continued growth of His Will Ranch. As Co-Director, she supports oversight, community engagement, and the development of participant-focused programs rooted in connection and healing.

Advisory Director: Richard Moore

Richard has supported the vision from its earliest moments. As an Advisory Director, he provides discernment, perspective, and loyal leadership. His steady counsel helps shape policies, planning, and long-term strategy.

Advisory Director: Tonya Shamblin

Tonya offers thoughtful guidance and a compassionate presence. Her ability to understand people and support healing spaces makes her a vital advisory voice in the ranch’s development and decision-making.
